"In 1986, I was introduced to fast cars and motorsport at Killarney. Since that time I have committed myself to continuous learning and development within the realm of motorsport. After returning to Namibia, I joined the Namibia Motor Sport Federation and began my journey as a Rally Flag Marshal. I advanced to roles such as Clerk and Steward at various events, including Rally, Circuit, and Motocross. Motorsport has profoundly influenced my life, instilling values of discipline, dedication, and composure, which have benefited both my professional and personal growth."
